What to Expect When Charged with Drunk Driving in Missouri
A drink at a party or a celebration dinner can have dire consequences. But at Case, Rajnoha & Boudreau, our lawyers believe a mistake should not ruin a life. With experienced prompt, personal attention, we work hard to ensure your rights are upheld and your liberty is protected.
If the police stop you and you submit to a breath test, a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or higher qualifies as DUI. In August 2010, Missouri introduced a new Driving While Intoxicated bill that put harsher penalties in place.
